This plump, drapey DK yarn is absolutely lovely to work with. It was designed by Helen at Woolly Chic, and spun in the UK by Laxtons, and has now been hand-dyed by me in several sweet, fruity, limited edition colours. Once they're gone, they're gone!   

Bluefaced Leicester is one of my favourite wools to work with. It's soft, and has a beautiful texture and shine.  The BFL in this yarn is of 100% British origin. 

Tencel is one of the few manmade fibres that I work with, because it's made using a closed system that does not release any pollution into the environment, and reuses valuable water to reduce its impact.  It also uses quick-growing woods that are easily replaceable, mainly eucalyptus.  It's strong and beautifully soft, adding drape to the already sumptuous wool.
