Shipping policy

I ship twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays. All ready to ship items will be shipped within 5 working days. If you require your order urgently, please contact me and I'll try my very best to accommodate you.

Any backordered or custom orders will be shipped within 10 working days.  

The default shipping setting is Royal Mail 2nd class within the UK, and International Standard for overseas posting. There is the option to upgrade services at the checkout.

In normal times, please allow 10 working days for deliveries within the UK, and 15 working days for international deliveries. In pandemic times, things are taking longer to reach the destination.  If you're concerned, don't hesitate to get in touch.   I do offer refunds/replacements for missing items
