Refund policy

If an item is damaged or faulty, I will offer a full refund, including postage.

For refunds for any other reason, I ask that you return the item to me unused and undamaged. I can offer refunds for the item, but not for the postage costs.

Contact me by email (rachael@catandsparrow.co.uk) to discuss any issues you might have. Any refunds or returns will be processed within 5 working days of notification.
