3D-Printed Yarn Plying Tool - Cat & Sparrow

This yarn plying tool (also known as an Andean plying tool) is brilliant for managing your singles yarn.  It simplifies the preparation of your yarn for plying from from bobbins or spindles.  If you ever end up with extra yarn on a bobbin, you can use this to create a yarn 'bracelet'. This bracelet is effectively a centre-pull ball.

• Length without the dowel: 14cm
• Length with the dowel: 21cm
• Thickness: 2cm
• Dowel diameter: 0.8cm

You can remove the dowel, which makes it easier to transport and store.

This tool is printed in PLA (polylactic acid) which is made with cornstarch or sugar cane, it is biodegradable if buried underground.

Please note that this tool should be kept away from direct heat source or very hot environment such as hot cars in summer to avoid warping.
