Sizes are based on wrapping around your wrist twice. Give it extra length depending on how loosely you want to wear it. Please allow an extra 1cm/1/2 inch for the stud closure. E.g. My wrist measures 18.5cm / 7.25in. I wear a 40.5cm /16 in band with very little give as I like my ruler to be snug.
