Peahen - Polwarth/Shetland/Silk

This colourway was inspired by the elegant colouring of the female peacock - pale biscuit, soft brown and a flash of bright turquoise.

50% Polwarth/25% Shetland/25% Natural tussah silk

This blend is an absolute delight to work with. It's so poofy, so soft and so textured. It will produce an exquisitely characterful yarn - soft as butter from the Polwarth, strong and warm from the Shetland, and luxurious from the silk.  It has bags of elasticity, and is perfect for next to skin garments, like scarves, gloves and sweaters.
