Ar Lan y Mor - Shetland - 100g

This hand dyed Shetland top takes dye so beautifully. I love how these blues take on different characteristics and depth because of the coloured wool. Ar Lan Y Mor means 'By the Sea' in Welsh, and this mix of turquoise, navy and sea blue reflect this perfectly. 

100% British Shetland

Shetland is one of my favourite fibres. It's soft enough to wear next to the skin for most people. It's springy, beautifully textured, strong and water resistant. It's perfect for socks, sweaters, hats and mitts, and of course, for shawls.  This is a beautiful humbug blend of white and coloured Shetland, which adds a beautiful depth to the colour. 

Each braid weighs 100g.
