I aim to ship all items within 5 working days.
I dye in small batches so all or part of your order may need to be dyed. My turnaround for dyeing to order is 2-3 working days. If you require your order urgently, please contact me and I’ll try my very best to accommodate you.
The default shipping setting is Royal Mail 2nd class within the UK, and International Standard for overseas posting. There is the option to upgrade services at the checkout.
In normal times, please allow 10 working days for deliveries within the UK, and 15 working days for international deliveries. In pandemic times, things are taking longer to reach the destination. If you’re concerned, don’t hesitate to get in touch. I do offer refunds/replacements for missing items
Refunds & Returns
If an item is damaged or faulty, I will offer a full refund, including postage.
For refunds for any other reason, I ask that you return the item to me unused and undamaged. I can offer refunds for the item, but not for the postage costs.
Contact me by email (email@example.com) to discuss any issues you might have. Any refunds or returns will be processed within 5 working days of notification.
Bleeding and crocking
I do my utmost to make sure that all dye is washed clear from yarn and fibres. Some colours, such as some blues, pinks or reds, may still bleed a little colour on finishing due to the nature of the dye, but this should be minimal. If this bleeding is excessive, please let me know. Likewise, in the unlikely event that dye comes off on your hands (crocking) while working with it, please let me know.
